Review: Trello

Hello Deskorators,

Physical planners are truly amazing and can really help you to achieve your goals, no matter how big or small they may be. However, sometimes, they just aren’t viable as they can’t be carried absolutely everywhere with you. This is where the beauty of the internet comes in, and with the internet, comes the spectacular app – Trello.

As described by their website, Trello is an “easy, free, flexible, and visual way to manage your projects and organize anything.” The wonder about Trello however, is that it is all digital! You cannot lose it (unless you lose your laptop, but let’s not try that today!). You can take it everywhere you go as it also comes on Apple and Android devices. The best thing – you cannot spill your morning coffee over it, destroying all of last night’s planning!

Incredibly simply to use, Trello is a system where you can create tabs for aspects of your life/business and create cards within them… and away you go. It really is as easy as that. You can use colour to separate projects, use due dates, checklists, and you can even share your Trello boards with others so you can help each other complete your tasks!

In addition to everything above, as it comes in an app format on your devices, it can also send notifications, meaning that you to do list can keep you on track and accountable.

Whether you need a simple nudge for your daily reminders, or a full on business plan, Trello can certainly help you when you are busy and on the go!

Until next time…
